Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournament matches, bilateral Test series and T20 internationals involving Pakistan — are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to each market. Market rules, including how results are determined in the event of rain delays, abandoned matches or other interruptions, are detailed in the Platform's dedicated sports rules documentation available within the sportsbook section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. The Platform does not guarantee that any bet placed during live play will be accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement. Network delays between your device and the Platform's servers may result in a bet being confirmed at different odds from those displayed. Where this occurs, the confirmed odds at the time of server receipt govern settlement.
Maximum payout limits apply on a per-bet and per-market basis. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or sportsbook section. The Platform will not be liable to pay winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout for any single event or combination bet, regardless of the theoretical return implied by the odds.
From time to time, o786 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions and other incentives to new and existing players. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions and validity period are specified for each individual promotion. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account automatically.
The Platform actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on excluded markets to meet requirements, coordinated betting across multiple accounts, hedging strategies designed to eliminate risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, and use of automated software. Where bonus abuse is suspected, the Platform reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings and suspend or terminate the Account concerned.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are available once per person, household, IP address and payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through separate accounts constitutes a violation of the single account rule and the bonus abuse policy.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
o786 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, regulatory actions, natural disasters, civil unrest or any act of a third-party service provider.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules, and any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable deductions) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
o786 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering; failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe; legal or regulatory requirements; or a determination that continued operation of your Account would expose the Platform to legal or reputational risk.
Upon termination, access to the Platform will be revoked immediately. Any Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to applicable checks, deductions and the resolution of any outstanding investigations.
